Thrubal Child Safety Standards and Content Policy

1. Introduction Thrubal is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all users, including minors, in compliance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards and Content Policy. We implement protective measures to prevent harm, exploitation, and inappropriate interactions within the platform.

2. Compliance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards Thrubal adheres to Google Play’s policies regarding child protection, including:

  • No Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation (CSAE): Any content or activity that promotes or facilitates the sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited.

  • Age-Appropriate Content: Content must be suitable for the intended age group and should not include adult themes, violence, or other harmful material.

  • Parental Controls: Thrubal provides parental control settings to help guardians monitor their child's activity on the platform.

3. User Interactions & Safety Measures To maintain a secure experience, Thrubal enforces:

  • Strict Content Moderation: manual moderation ensures that user-generated content adheres to our safety guidelines.

  • Reporting & Blocking: Users can report inappropriate content or behavior, and we provide tools to block unwanted interactions.

4. Data Privacy & Protection for Minors

  • Minimal Data Collection: Thrubal only collects necessary data for account functionality and security.

  • Parental Consent for Users Under 13: In compliance with COPPA and Google Play’s policies, users under 13 require parental consent to create an account.

  • No Targeted Advertising for Minors: Thrubal does not serve targeted ads to children.

5. Prohibited Content & Behavior The following are strictly prohibited on Thrubal:

  • Content involving child endangerment, abuse, or exploitation.

  • Inappropriate or sexually suggestive material, even if intended as a joke.

  • Harassment, bullying, or predatory behavior directed at minors.

  • Misrepresentation of age or attempts to bypass security measures.

6. Enforcement & Compliance

  • Manual review of content for violations.

  • Immediate removal of any material that violates these policies.

  • Account suspension or permanent banning for severe or repeated violations.

  • Law enforcement collaboration when necessary to report illegal activities.

7. Reporting Violations If you encounter any content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it using Thrubal’s in-app reporting system or contact our Safety & Compliance Team at info@thrubal.com.

8. Updates to This Policy Thrubal reserves the right to update this policy as needed to comply with Google
